The Purchase Price ranges depending on the size of the room. A cost of $15,660 for the smallest and to a high of $29,160 for a room with your own door. Shares range from a low of 5 to a high of 14 accordingly. Monthly fees (under current maintenance) would then be $51-$144 per month)
