Do you really think that it will only take a couple of weeks to get all the construction done? It is a pretty big job.

A couple of weeks per floor (or group of floors), yes. The actual construction isn't very much. Painting, minor repairs to walls and doors (if needed), erecting fencing and lock replacement.

Perhaps a better grasp on the time frames would also help. The existing storage would only need to be temporarily moved out when the renovation is to take place. It should only be a few weeks (likely less). Existing storage space users would not be vacated until it's time to renovate that floor.

I specifically mentioned that stuff will be shifted around in-house to other space for people who are going to buy a space and have no cost. There would not be a cost to use our internal rooms during renovation.
