Renters?

I am in full support of the issuance of new shares in order to purchase storage space and want the opportunity to purchase a space.

one of the owners at the meeting stated (whether correctly or incorrectly) that our maintenance was already paying for the storage space. if that is true, then I (who has no availability or even a key to the storage room) am suplimenting the use of the storage room without receiving any benefit.

I look forward to future meetings and proposals on the subject. I would also like to suggest that only owners who occupy their residences have first dibs over renters.

Renters? They don't own shares. Owners will have first, second and third dibs.

However, If someone owns an apartment and buys a storage room and then sublets it, the renter would surely have the right to use the storage space.
